In preparation for our arrival, you will need to clear the area where we will be setting up.
Details on the space requirements for tent events will have been given prior to the day of your event.
We come to you and assemble the setup..
We will return at the scheduled time for breakdown.
Time of set up and pack down will be determined on decor and size of party.
Florida weather is unpredictable, that we all know. We are constantly checking the weather and we will inform you if it is necessary to reschedule.
If there is a 40% chance of rain, we have the right to cancel and reschedule any outdoor event for a future date. We are happy to discuss other alternatives (ex: indoors) if available.
For high winds, we might not be able to have certain items such as umbrellas, and the bell tent. In this case we can discuss other options like rescheduling.
We want our guests to fully enjoy the event.
We do not offer cancellations or refunds due to weather conditions.

Cancellation:
-We ask for a 2 week notice for cancellation. Then we can look at rebooking for another date that's available within 60 days of the original party date, otherwise, the deposit fee will be forfeited.
-We will not honor a refund for any cancellations made within less that 48 hours.
-Cancellations made 6 days to 48 hours prior to the event will receive only a partial of refund of 50% of full event payment.

You will be charged for the replacement cost of the item.
Our Invoice agreement will give you detailed information on the care and replacement value each item you rent has.

First step is to lock in your item for your date.
We will send you an intake form that will give us all the details about your event, such as location, date and time of event.
Once that form is received we will send you an invoice agreement where you find information on your rental, payment information and our terms and conditions.
